Leadership Role in Operations
This senior leadership position will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to a network of global Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
* Ensure timely delivery of quality commercial and clinical product to support patient supply from the CMO network.
* Lead cross-functional Process Teams to standardize and enhance operations.
* Develop and manage the operations budget and long-range plan.
* Partner with Quality, Site Supply Chain, MSAT, and others to drive continuous improvement in CMO Operations.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of relevant biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience within operations, quality, or supply chain, with direct experience in GMP manufacturing, team leadership, and regulatory agency inspections.
