An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join a Community Mental Health Team in Dublin.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference in supporting service users on their recovery journey while working as part of a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care to adults with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist: Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for service users.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery-focused mental health care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with service users and colleagues.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards.
Essential Requirements for the Occupational Therapist: A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable: Experience working in adult mental health services.
Knowledge of recovery-oriented and person-centred approaches.
