We are built on an entrepreneurial energy and a passion for the science and art of spirit and whiskey production.We have been recognised for our innovative approach, and credited with maturing, distilling and bottling some of the finest craft Irish Whiskey on the global market today.We are looking for:We are currently looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join our team in West Cork Distillers.The ideal candidate will have:2+ years' experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance/admin role.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.Excellent organisational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.What you'll do:Prepare and issue customer invoices across domestic and international markets in a timely manner for both our Skibbereen and Waterford sites.Verify and reconcile invoices against goods inwards.Track customer accounts in the finance systemTrack and follow up on outstanding invoicesLiaise with Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate documentation and invoicingProcess credit notes and resolve invoicing discrepancies promptly.Generate regular reports on invoicing statusSupport month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit requests.Other duties as directed your managerWe Offer:Competitive SalaryPensionHealth InsuranceIncreased Annual Leave Per Year of ServiceFree Lunch FridayCompany Social EventsEmployee Wellness EventsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOn-site ParkingOn-site Kitchen FacilitiesBike to WorkThis role is based in our facility in Marsh Road, Skibbereen, Co. Cork.The standard working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Friday.
