Full time Medical Secretary required in a busy GP Practice based in Limerick.
You must have a minimum 1 - 3 years experience as a Medical Receptionist or Administrator, preferably in a GP Practice. Full training will be provided upon commencement. Applicants not meeting this criteria will be rejected.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
* Answering and dealing with all incoming calls
* Scheduling appointments and diary management
* Typing of letters and reports
* Liaising with hospitals and pharmacies
* Managing prescription requests
* Billing
* PCRS submissions
* Maintaining a high level of client care
* General office duties including but not limited to filing, ordering stock, monitoring emails, scanning and processing mail
* Healthone experience desirable
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
