Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the market entry strategy and sales operations in Ireland, identifying key business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with national and regional wholesalers.
2. Drive the expansion of the product range across the country, working closely with the leadership team to align business objectives with market needs.
3. Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers, setting clear objectives and performance targets to ensure continued growth.
4. Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring effective forecasting and reporting of sales performance.
5. Represent the company with key stakeholders, positioning our products as the leading choice for low-voltage circuit protection solutions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
7. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role within the electrical industry, particularly in low-voltage circuit protection.
8. A demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful market entry and growth strategies.
9. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performance teams.
10. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
11. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to business development.
12. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
