Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized administrative professional to join our team as a Support Officer. In this role, you will provide support to the Company Secretarial team in delivering corporate governance services to our stakeholders.
About the Role:
This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about delivering value to our customers and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting Committee Secretaries in the publication of Board Committee meeting materials, supporting the Company Sealing process, and providing administration and access control related to our corporate governance platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Committee Secretaries in the publication of Board Committee meeting materials
* Support the Company Sealing process
* Provide administration and access control related to our corporate governance platforms
* Deal with all queries and requests in a courteous manner
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* 1+ years of experience in a secretarial or administrative capacity in a financial services environment
* Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
* A systematic and organized approach to workload
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Strong execution of administrative activities
