This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of €65,000, with a broad and engaging remit across financial operations, statutory reporting, budgeting, and systems improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts, and audit schedules Ensure compliance with FRS 102 and Charities SORP Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain the fixed asset register and reconcile to financial systems Liaise with external auditors and provide detailed financial reporting Support payroll, pension, and employee benefits reconciliations Identify process improvements and assist in systems automation Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and respond to finance-related queries What Were Looking For: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with 35+ years' post-qualification experience is essential.
