Role – FP&A ManagerLead group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPIs.Partner with business units to drive performance and support decision-making.Build and maintain financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses.Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Improve FP&A processes, systems and reporting efficiency.3. The PersonACA-qualified (or equivalent professional qualification).3–5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).Experience in audit, transaction services or corporate finance / FP&A.Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.Strong commercial understanding and analytical mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Highly organised, accurate and collaborative.
