Eden One are delighted to be recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist to join their team in Dublin's most exclusive Health Club & Spa in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. We are recruiting a Front of House Receptionist who is passionate about providing memorable experiences for our members & exceeding all member expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an amazing team.
Setting unparalleled standards as Dublin's finest destination Day Spa, full facility Gym and Private Members Club across more than 22,000 sq. ft. Eden One has forged a partnership with Natura Bissé, the 'World's Best Spa Brand 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021' and Technogym who have supplied equipment for 6 Olympic games, using their top of the range Artis Line equipment.
While primary responsibilities revolve around Front Desk / Concierge/ Spa Reception duties, all team members are encouraged to go beyond their normal duties and create memories that our members will cherish forever. This will be achieved through having an exceptionally talented and ambitious team at Eden One.
Ideal Candidate will:
* Have previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
* Have previous Spa Reception experience
* Have the ability to anticipate our member's needs & exceed expectations.
* Have effective decision making skills.
* Show excellent attention to detail.
* Be a positive and friendly individual with strong customer focus.
* Be highly motivated, hardworking and flexible in terms of working hours.
