The Role
1. Supporting individuals with varying forms of intellectual disability and complex health needs with their activities of daily living
2. Promoting the independence of each service user to support them with achieving their goals
3. Implementing person-centred planning, dependent on the needs of each individual
Requirements
4. QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, or equivalent
