Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently and ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment and will be able to support service from the front, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement new menu ideas for special events and changing seasons.
* Promote positive work relationships with kitchen staff and other departments.
* Work with the Head Chef to maintain HACCP standards and reduce food waste.
* Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
