Audi Kilkenny is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service & Warranty Advisor to join our Aftersales team. As the first point of contact for Audi service and warranty customers, you will play a key role in delivering the premium experience our brand is known for.
What You'll Do
* Welcome and assist Audi customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience from start to finish.
* Schedule and coordinate service, repair, and warranty appointments in line with Audi standards.
* Communicate effectively between customers and the workshop team, providing clear updates and ensuring transparency.
* Accurately process warranty claims, prepare estimates, and manage invoicing.
* Maintain strong customer satisfaction, building trust and long-term loyalty to the Audi brand.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing administrative role.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a premium customer experience.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident working with dealership management and admin systems.
* A detail-driven, positive, and customer-first attitude.
