Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead
Description:
This is a key leadership role requiring the ability to coach teams, facilitate process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* The successful candidate will act as Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Maintenance lead, taking on full maintenance manager responsibilities in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
* They will be responsible for managing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team.
Requirements:
In order to succeed in this role you will need:
* A relevant City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
* No less than 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record in leadership positions of a maintenance or engineering team.
