Our agency first opened in ****, but my journey with State Farm goes back even further.
I began as an agent in ****, transitioned into management for a number of years, and then returned to agency ownership in ****.
Today, I'm proud to lead a team of five who share the same commitment to integrity and community that has guided my career for decades.

I'm active with the Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Directors for BSCA, and proudly support causes such as Scamp for special needs children, March of Dimes, MS, Little League, St. Jude, and Tunnel to Towers.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Larry Lukovich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.
You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,****** - $52,****** per year
