Process Engineering Lead
A challenging opportunity for a Process Engineer with strong project management skills to lead projects in food manufacturing using Evaporation and Spray Drying.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee projects in food manufacturing using Evaporation and Spray Drying. They are responsible for coordinating cross-functional departments, planning work schedules based on plant demand, supervising contractors, and supporting departmental goals—all while ensuring compliance with the company's global, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects in regulated food manufacturing using Evaporation and Spray Drying.
2. Develop and implement process improvements.
3. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Ensure new equipment is validated to QA standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Food Process Engineering or related field, 10+ years' engineering experience, and Dairy/Food Process Engineering background. Knowledge of spray drying or evaporation and experience with thermal dairy processing are also desirable.
