The firm offers a range of corporate finance advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and fundraising and caters to a wide range of sectors both in the Irish and international markets.
Responsibilities of this Corporate Finance Associate Job: Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients Financial modelling and scenario analysis Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side Financial analysis related to transactions Getting exposure to deal negotiations Requirements of this Corporate Finance Associate Job: Be a recently qualified accountant Have a strong academic background Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysis Have excellent analytical, project management, and research skills with a strong commercial acumen This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress/develop their career in the Corporate Finance space.
