The business is built on innovation, sustainability, and strong partnerships, supported by a dedicated workforce.The Role:A Maintenance Technician is required to join the team on site in St. Margarets. The role is responsible for executing, monitoring, and recording maintenance activities, including breakdowns, repairs, and follow-up actions.Responsibilities:Carry out preventative and condition-based maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform electro-mechanical repairs on high-speed, PLC-controlled equipment.Provide technical support across plant services including compressed air, refrigeration, steam, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Monitor and optimise machine performance, responding quickly to performance issues during production.Record maintenance activities accurately using the CMMS, including daily inputs, parts usage, and work completed.Support equipment installations and modifications, working closely with suppliers and contractors.Demonstrate strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work shifts and participate in the on-call rota.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards at all times.The Person:Relevant trade qualification required.Electrical maintenance experience and/or qualifications.Strong awareness of Quality, Health, and Safety requirements.Experienced in planned preventative maintenance.Proven ability in fault finding and problem solving.Comprehensive knowledge of high-speed mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation, and PLC control systems.Knowledge and experience of maintenance strategies, organisation, and systems.The Offer:Salary of €54, % BonusStaff discount and subsidised canteen.Free on-site parking with access to electric vehicle chargers.Wellness initiatives, including wellness week.Opportunity to join a values-driven organisation that promotes teamwork, integrity, and passion for achievement.
