They support businesses by optimising the performance, efficiency, and long-term value of their solar panel systems, helping to reduce energy costs and carbon footprint.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an energetic and ambitiousField Sales Representativeto join their expanding team.About the Role:This is anentry-level, field-based sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people face-to-face, and wants to build a long-term career in renewable energy sales.You will be provided with acompany vehicleand will visit existing and prospective client sites across Kildare, Dublin, and surrounding areas. Your role will involve checking the health and performance of solar panel systems, identifying opportunities for upgrades, servicing, or additional solutions, and building strong on-site relationships.This role is suited to someone who ishigh-energy, money-motivated, and keen to grow and earnwithin a rapidly expanding sector.Key Responsibilities:Travel to commercial and industrial sites using a company vehicleCarry out on-site checks of solar panel system health and performanceEngage with site managers and business owners to understand their energy needsIdentify sales opportunities for maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, or additional solar solutionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visitsGenerate new business through proactive field activity and referralsUpdate CRM with visit notes, opportunities, and follow-upsWork closely with internal technical and sales teamsConsistently work towards and exceed monthly sales and commission targetsThe Ideal Candidate:Energetic, driven, and motivated by commission and career progressionConfident communicator with strong face-to-face people skillsComfortable working independently in a field-based roleInterest in renewable energy or technical solutions (full training provided)Previous field sales, customer-facing, or door-to-door experience is an advantage (not essential)Full, clean driving licenceAmbitious mindset with a desire to grow long-termWhat's On Offer:Base salary of €30,000 – €32,000Commission structure with OTE of €40,000–€45,000Company vehicle providedFull training and ongoing supportClear progression opportunitiesOpportunity to build a long-term career in a growing renewable energy business
