Role to commence immediately. Some experience is beneficial but full training will be provided.
The successful applicants will work as part of a dynamic team, in a positive environment, providing excellent customer service by ensuring all online orders are picked, packed and wrapped to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring all online orders are picked accurately.
* Ensuring all online orders are wrapped and packed to an exceptional standard.
* Working to deadlines, ensuring all orders are dispatched on schedule.
* Maintain accurate stock levels for online products.
* Support colleagues and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements
* Fully flexible
* Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working in a beauty department / store will be a distinct advantage.
* Experience wrapping gifts will be a distinct advantage.
Personal Skills
* A positive 'can-do' attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
