What We're Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated individual to help deliver the best care and education for young children. You will be working in a friendly and supportive team environment where children's well-being and development are our priority.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality childcare and early education in line with Aistear and Siolta frameworks.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate and stimulating activities that support children's development.
* Follow all TUSLA regulations and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
* Be naturally warm and respectful towards children, fostering a nurturing environment.
* Collaborate with a team of educators and be able to work independently when required.
Requirements:
* Minimum FETAC Level 5 in Childcare (or equivalent international qualification).
* A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their needs.
* Knowledge of Aistear and Siolta is an advantage.
* A strong commitment to health and safety awareness.
* Previous experience in delivering age-appropriate curriculum in early years settings.
* Ability to work well within a team and also demonstrate initiative.
