We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Develop and implement SMART action plans to address audit findings and drive organizational learning.
* Collaborate with management and staff to monitor, assess, and improve the quality of care provided.
* Provide impartial reporting of findings and track trends to inform organizational decisions.
Requirements
* Level 7 or 8 in applied Social Studies or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience working in a social care setting.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of HIQA and New Directions Regulations.
* Full driving license and ability to travel within designated service areas.
