An exciting opportunity for a full time Chef de Partie to join an airline catering company based in the Airport Logistics Park, St. Margret's.
Due to backgrounds and garda vetting delays, start date for this role will be 4-5 weeks after offer.

Rate of Pay: €35,100 per year
Shift Pattern: 32- 40hours per week. 5 days over 7. (weekdays and weekends)

Responsibilities
* Ensure that production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
* Coordinates and takes guidance from the senior chefs to ensure quality and standards set out by the company and airlines are achieved.
* Ensuring you and your team have the highest standards of food safety and follow all health and safety policies.
* Monitoring stock, portion and waste control
This role may include any other duties considered reasonable by the line manager.
Requirements:
* Previous catering experience as a Chef is essential, experience in airline catering would be a distinct advantage.
* Have a strong passion for food and takes pride in the products produced
* Communication and team work skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
* Able to go through garda vetting and a 5 year background check
* Available to work weekdays and weekends
* Eligible to work full time in Ireland
