Role: Civil Engineering Estimator Location: Naas, Kildare Salary: €70K - €90K DOE Our client is an established Civil Engineering Main contractor.
Their work comprises roadworks/ active travel/ urban spaces, airport infrastructure, port infrastructure, power generation/ distribution, renewables, fuel facilities, educational facilities, various utilities, building works, prisons, rail and other Civils.
They have a number of blue chip Private and State clients and a strong pipeline of work and are now hiring a Civil Engineering Estimator.

Suitable to professionally qualified civil engineer or quantity surveyor with civils/ roadworks experience.
Must display commercial nous.
Knowledge of various standard contract forms eg.
NEC, Public Works, FIDIC as well as different methods of measurement eg.
TII, CESMM, ARM.
Commitment to reviewing all scope and design documents carefully and thoroughly in preparation of tenders both commercial and technical elements of submissions.

Previous experience in using estimating database software is preferable.
Company uses Candy Estimating and all necessary training will be provided.
