Responsibilities
As the Senior Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for:
As an Energy Consultant, you will focus on driving Commercial Solar Sales across Munster, targeting hotels, retail, SMEs, national bodies, NGOs and industry manufacturing.
You’ll engage directly with decision-makers at operations and C-level, nurture internal referrals, and manage the full sales journey from qualification to project handover.
Collaborate closely with the design, project management teams and report to the Solar Commercial Manager
Typical sales cycle: 6 weeks to 6 months; average deals range from €100-150k.
Maintain activity on CRM, manage your pipeline and represent the company brand values in every interaction.
Qualifications
5+ years’ proven B2B technical sales experience, ideally in Energy, Solar, LEDs, EV chargers, or a similar sector.
Demonstrated track record selling to C-Level stakeholders in SMEs and Large Enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Business area (e.g., Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Business, etc.).
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills; high self-motivation.
Full driving licence necessary.
Experience using MS Office products.

Basic salary: €55-60k DOE plus 1.5% revenue commission (OTE €80-90k)
