Senior Charge Nurse – Cree Ward, Midpark HospitalAn opportunity has arisen for a Senior Charge Nurse post within Cree Ward, Midpark Hospital.This is a fixed term post commencing 1st June 2026 and ending on 28th February 2027.The post holder will have experience of working in Mental Health Nursing, and possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of current key initiatives. A key aim will be to provide strong leadership to the team and engage and lead on service priorities and any associated improvements.The post holder will be expected to support the delivery of local and national strategy at operational level and work in collaboration with other key services within the Mental Health Directorate and the wider partnership.
