A leading legal firm in Kerry is seeking a part-time Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, including buying and selling real estate, handling wills, estates, and probate matters while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
* Handle probate and estate administration, including wills and inheritance matters.
* Provide expert legal advice on property law, wills, and estate planning.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and title deeds.
* Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and third parties.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing and probate.
* Law Degree (LLB or equivalent) with Qualified Solicitor Status – Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors by the Law Society of Ireland.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time role.
