About The Role
Our business is in an exciting period of multi-channel growth. To continue delivering this level of service, we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our successful Pensions and Investments Administrator teams. You will be customer-focused with a positive attitude. A proven track record of delivering good customer service to internal or external customers is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to customers and intermediaries.
* Process customer requests and administration accurately and within agreed service levels.
* Build rapport, credibility, and advocacy for Standard Life in every interaction.
* Identify opportunities to retain and grow customer business.
* Proactively provide accurate information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions about their financial future.
* Promote alternative/lower-cost service channels and explain online technology benefits to increase self-service and straight-through processing.
* Follow correct processes to ensure compliance with conformance requirements.
* Fulfill all regulatory requirements and ensure work is compliant and customers are treated fairly.
* Identify root causes of problems to prevent repeat failures.
Skills
* Proven track record of delivering good customer service.
* QFA qualified or part-qualified, desirable.
* Swedish speaking.
