Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources and possess excellent communication skills.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Management Team, supporting the development of the HR function through recruitment, employee relations, and training initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full end-to-end recruitment process including engineers, operators, and apprentices.
* Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Lead on all employee relations cases, such as grievances and disciplinaries.
* Identify training requirements, coordinate, and conduct training activities.
* Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Generalist roles.
* HR qualification or degree.
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment, leading employee relations, and assisting with learning and development activities.
