Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client's expanding team as a Junior Health & Safety Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of site-specific health and safety plans.
2. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
3. Support the development and delivery of toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings.
4. Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, site procedures, and company policies.
5. Report and record accidents, incidents, and near misses in line with internal protocols.
6. Provide advice and guidance to site personnel on safe working practices.
7. Assist senior H&S staff in preparing documentation, reports, and safety files.
8. Promote a positive safety culture across all site teams.
