Key Responsibilities:
1. General office administration tasks, including document preparation, ordering supplies, and coordinating studies.
2. Preparation of documents and records related to quality management.
3. Coordination of pre-clinical activities and maintenance of associated records.
4. Ordering consumables and equipment as needed.
5. Assistance with verification and validation studies.
6. Inventory management and database searches.
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
* Previous experience in general office administration or assistant roles.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
