Maintenance and Engineering Manager - Offaly
The Maintenance and Engineering Manager is a key member of the site team, responsible for the maintenance and engineering management of the site.
About this role:
1. Reporting to the Site Operation Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring equipment, plant, and property are efficiently operating to maximise production output.
2. As part of the management team, you will involve yourself in day-to-day business activities, keeping close to operational issues and requirements.
3. You will manage reactive & preventive maintenance on-site managing both internal teams contractors 3rd party maintenance planning overseeing all repair installation activities ensuring compliance with maintenance processes procedures schedules delivering agreed KPIs plant availability effectiveness costs best practices deployment.
