We are seeking a skilled professional to lead construction and facility expansion projects from start to finish. This is a highly travel-intensive role that requires strong budgeting, financial management, and communication skills.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts
* Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and show partners
* Coorperate permits, licenses, local regulatory requirements
* Ensure compliance with safety standards;
* Fully delivering accurate reports of all assignments undertaken; Manage total team workflow across customer interface boundaries, tasks & stakeholders daily as necessary. identification key goals timely closure markups appropriately interactions leveraging industry impact confidentiality
and sustainable security integrations.
About the Role:
This is an on-site position which will require frequent international travel including extended stays in remote or rural areas.
