Sales Executive – (New Maintenance Business)As an Elevator/Escalator New Maintenance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing new customer opportunities/relationships. You will work with the customer to identify their service requirements, aligned with KONE maintenance and digital solutions. The role will be both office and field based with an expectation of face-to-face meetings with potential clients. You need to be collaborative in your approach and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, as well as building sustainable partnerships.New sales opportunities should be maximised from previously lost units, along with prospecting in the field and searching tender portals for open tender contracts. This role is suited to someone who can work using their own initiative, self-motivated with a desire to succeed against monthly targets. Previous experience in writing responses to tenders is preferable, which includes understanding Quality/Environmental questions and a good standard of English, both written and verbal. This role will be reporting to the Sales DirectorKey responsibilities:Customer relationship managementProactively develops and creates customer relationships in their areas of responsibilityAccountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market areaCreates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling)Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of KONE teamDocuments the customer and contact information, maintains customer dataSellProactively generates opportunities outside of the KONE customer baseHandles RFQs and manages all portals for leadsAccountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targetsMaintains full information of opportunities, tasks, and visitsTimely and accurate reportingIs accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targetsIs accountable for finding customer needs and that KONE's solution matches with the needsIs responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within their authorityValidates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcomeMaintains full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits (sales funnel management)Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRMDrives execution of individual sales planSkills and experience required:Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship managementIndustry or a service background is desirableMastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms.Proven experience in writing and managing large tendersGood IT skills, CRM SalesforceExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).Good knowledge of contractual and financial terms.What KONE can offer:We offer a Competitive Salary, 25 days holiday and 8 additional Bank Holidays, 1 Volunteering Day, Pension Scheme, Development opportunities and development reviews to help you achieve your professional goals.
