has vacancies for a number of
Accommodation Assistants.
In order to apply you must have:
Previous Housekeeping experience (desirable but not essential)
Ability to work under pressure within a busy and demanding luxury hotel environment
Basic English skills
A cheerful personality with effective customer care awareness
Both mid-week, weekends and shift work including evenings is required based on business levels
Availability for full time work
Duties will include:
Cleaning & preparation of rooms for guest arrivals and stay-overs.
Cleaning other areas as required by Accommodation Manager
To report guest comments or complaints
To carry out any other duties as required
Excellent attention to detail and is able work both as part of a team and by themselves.
