Our products honour the best the ocean has to offer and deliver the topmost value to our customers.Keohane Seafoods is rapidly expanding and looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team.This role is based in Kinsale road, Cork and is an initial six month contract.Duties/Responsibilities:· Receiving and processing purchase orders.· Supporting Account Managers with daily tasks· Highly Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite· Capable of delivering sales/marketing presentations to a high standard· Issuing sales transaction invoices.· Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.· Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.· Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.· Compiling monthly sales reports.· Expediting orders through internal liaison.· Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.· Identifying new products to add to those on offer.· Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.· Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company.· Research opportunities and generate or follow through on sales leads.· Ability to manage and analyse data to deliver valuable insights.· Liaise with all relevant teams to meet necessary marketing/sales deliverables.The Person:· Business Related Degree or similar· Full Driver's License and own transport desirable· 3 years plus in a sales/marketing environment and eager to committed to career progression.Full Training and Mentorship will be provided.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeWork Location: In person
