Executive Coordinator

As an experienced Executive Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing events from start to finish. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate event logistics.
* Utilize various channels to generate buzz and communicate important notices about programs.
* Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to maximize value.
* Manage event budgets, track expenditure, and monitor incoming revenue.
* Coordinate service providers, tenders, quotes, and contract negotiation.
* Manage large quantities of data.
* Develop PR & Comms strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Coordinate all aspects of events, including production, design, entertainment, room setup, registration, and take-down.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in event management or a related field.
* High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Friendly, approachable, and able to take direction.
* CAN-DO attitude.
* Organized and efficient.
* Clear communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
* Degree in Event Management or a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing).
* Driving license and access to own transport is a plus.
