Role Overview
We are seeking an Educational Welfare Officer (EWO) to promote regular school attendance and support children and families experiencing barriers to education.
* Promote attendance and engagement with pupils, families, and communities.
* Support schools in developing strategies for improved attendance.
Duties:
* Enhance pupil engagement through collaborative efforts with teachers, parents, and community members.
* Liaise closely with educational institutions to create a positive culture that fosters regular attendance.
