Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including retail management and customer service. Responsibilities:

* Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or convenience store management.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
