Transforming Early Years Fundings - We're Looking for Support Officers
About the Role
You will be part of a team committed to improving early learning and care services in Ireland.
This is a temporary full-time position with flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Delivery
o Provide exceptional customer experience, meeting defined performance metrics and standards.
o Process funding applications efficiently within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
o Guide applicants through the application process.
* Administration & Operations Support
o Manage applications and customer engagement through phone and case management systems, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries.
o Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflows.
* Team Collaboration
o Participate in daily team communications to resolve queries effectively.
o Update coordinators on application status and tasks.
o Assist and guide colleagues on complex or sensitive queries.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with experience using Share Point.
* Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of the community, voluntary, or public sector.
