Hi-Spec Engineering are currently looking to recruit a credit controller and payroll specialist to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the debtor's function and processing payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for collections, receipt allocations and reconciliation of accounts.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to Finance Director, the duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows;Collecting receipts by telephone and email to credit terms and targets.Co-ordinating and posting of invoices to Exchequer software system.Managing the cash book .Preparing monthly debtors lists.Issuing monthly statements to customersHandle customer queries and resolve any issuesProcessing weekly payroll for 50 employeesAny other duties that may arise in the Accounts Department. The above list is not exhaustive, other activities may become appropriate in relation to development of this role.Desired qualifications and requirements:At least 2 years experience working in credit control and payroll .Good written and verbal communication skills.Organised, efficient and meticulous in working with figures.Ability to set up and maintain good relationships with clients and internal staff.What we offer:Competitive market salary and pension
