Job Title: Lead Care Coordinator
This position requires an individual to take charge of a designated care centre for people with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and support that promotes dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule staff effectively to meet the needs of residents as outlined in the Statement of Purpose.
* Report regularly to senior management regarding operational progress and any concerns.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent, plus a relevant third-level qualification at Level 8 on the QQI framework.
* Be registered with CORU and maintain this registration throughout employment.
* Prior experience working in residential services supporting adults with intellectual disability, autism, and challenging behaviour is essential.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role is required.
* Possession of a relevant management qualification is desirable.
