Project Experience
Residential and canal-side mixed-use development.
24-month residential, multi-phase to 5 floors with preservation/conservation of existing listed structures on site.
Various projects in Meath, Louth & North Dublin in the pharma, data, industrial, educational, healthcare & commercial sectors.
Refurbishment, fit out & restoration projects to listed structures including hotels and state buildings across the region.
Other Roles
Intermediate QS also for the Leinster region, projects to €15m.
Estimator to be based in Head Office.
Proven commercial skills associated with projects listed above, previous experience of public works contracts an advantage but not necessary.
