Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of operational excellence specialists and project managers
* Develop and implement strategic projects that align with business priorities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and corporate policies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to set and deliver departmental goals

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business. Proven track record of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including strategic project management and people management. Strong knowledge of operations, supply chain, and cross-functional collaboration.
