We are dedicated to creating a positive, collaborative environment that empowers our employees to succeed.We're looking for adynamic and driven individualto join our team, we are seeking a candidate with a strong sales background, self-motivation, and a drive for success.Key Responsibilities:Identify and assess clients' financial needs, both for new and existing customers.Provide tailored financial product recommendations, ensuring full adherence to compliance regulations and company standards.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Continuously develop and enhance industry knowledge and expertise.Stay informed on the latest financial products and services to offer the best advice.Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on quality service and compliance.Required Experience and Skills:QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) certification or working towards it.At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing, target-driven sales role, preferably in mortgages or financial services.Proven success in meeting sales targets and providing exceptional client service.Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work on your own initiative.A solid work ethic and a commitment to offering quality, compliant financial advice.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience.Bonus structure and commission potential.Hybrid working options for a flexible work-life balance.Professional membership fees covered.Pension scheme after 6 months with the company.Death-in-service benefit after 1 year.Income Protection Benefit after 1 yearOngoing training and professional development opportunities.Diverse and inclusive company culture that values employee growth.Convenient office location in Dublin 9, easily accessible by public transport (bus and train).
