Job Title: Construction Site Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or construction management, with at least one year of post-grad experience. As a Construction Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative support, including keeping records and managing time-sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Ensure accurate record-keeping, time-sheet management, and inventory control.
- Materials Management: Coordinate with the Site Manager and Purchasing Manager to ensure timely delivery of materials, inspecting deliveries for quality and quantity.
- Assistant Supervisor: Assist in supervising site operatives, monitoring their work, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- A third-level qualification in a technical discipline (Construction, Civil Engineering, or QS-related area).
- At least 4 years of experience working on a construction site in a similar role in Ireland.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
