Job Title:
Surface Operations Coordinator
This role is responsible for ensuring all surface facilities are maintained to high standards and comply with EHSQ regulations.
The successful candidate will monitor site conditions, oversee contractor performance, and ensure adherence to defined scopes of work. They will coordinate contracts for site surface maintenance activities, manage concentrate transport logistics and contract compliance, and support department budgeting and financial planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recognised degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
* Qualifications in Business, Operations, or technical fields also accepted.
* Technical or industrial safety certification is highly advantageous.
* Training in maintenance, production, or project management beneficial.
* Strong IT literacy with digital systems experiences preferred.
