Job Title: Commercial Manager
The successful candidate will take ownership of a wide variety of project types, managing a project team and interacting with clients both independently and as a team lead. The role requires excellent cost control, procurement, contract administration, and client relationship skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing / Leadership of in-house Team
* Contract Administration & Procurement
* Managing Client Relationships
* Development and implementation of strategic and effective cost management solutions
* Liaise and mentor team members and ensure clarity of roles and clear lines of communication between all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a RICS / SCSI Chartered status with a BSc in relevant discipline, along with 10+ years relevant experience and excellent IT Skills. They will also have a clear focus on Client Satisfaction and successful project delivery, excellent Report Writing / Communication Skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Package details: €80K-€100K, negotiable depending on experience.
