Site Manager
to take ownership of a major new project.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of multi-unit residential and apartment blocks.
You'll lead subcontractors, coordinate with design teams, and drive the programme to meet key milestones.
Managing all on-site activities from groundworks to handover
Leading subcontractors and ensuring works meet programme, quality, and safety standards
Reviewing drawings, coordinating with design teams, and resolving technical issues
Maintaining site records, progress reports, and H&S documentation
Driving productivity and ensuring smooth workflow across trades
Managing client and stakeholder relationships professionally
5+ years' experience as a Site Manager (residential/apartment experience essential)
Strong understanding of RC frame, internal fit-out, and façade packages
Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Strong commitment to health & safety and quality delivery
