Job Title: Office & People Manager

About the Role
Simply Social is a fast-growing social-first agency with a 30-person Dublin team and an expanding UK presence. We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Office & People Manager to keep our Dublin HQ running smoothly and to support our growing team with day-to-day operations and HR administration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and enjoys being the go-to person who ensures both the office and team experience run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations:
Manage day- to day running of the Dublin office: supplies, meeting rooms, kitchen, utilities, maintenance.
Act as the main contact for suppliers, landlords, and service providers.
Ensure health & safety and office policies are up to date and followed.
People & HR Support
Support onboarding of new starters: contracts, desk setup, IT coordination, induction schedules.
Maintain accurate staff records (holidays, sick leave, overtime/TOIL).
Support with recruitment logistics: posting roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates.
Coordinate staff training and development opportunities.
Act as a first point of contact for staff queries, escalating where needed.
Support internal comms, team socials, and wellbeing initiatives to keep culture strong.
Administration & Finance Support
Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.
Assist with invoices, receipts, and liaise with finance where needed.
Maintain contracts, subscriptions, and renewals for the business.
Leadership Support
Provide diary and travel support to senior leadership when required.
Help organise client visits, pitches, and workshops in the office.
Ensure smooth flow of information across teams.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in office management, HR admin, or people-focused roles (agency or creative industry a plus).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills - approachable, trustworthy, and solutions-driven.
Understanding of HR processes and employment basics in Ireland.
Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and HR systems.
Proactive and adaptable - able to spot issues early and resolve them quickly.
