Kerry, developing SaaS solutions that help clients make smarter, data-driven decisions.
We are looking for a Power BI and Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone confident using Power BI and SQL to bring data to life.
You will work across the full reporting process, from data preparation and analysis to designing intuitive dashboards and maintaining data accuracy.
The role also includes supporting business and client-facing reporting processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and improving reporting workflows.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, solving problems, and presenting information in a way that delivers real value.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients, so clear communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:
· Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights
· Use SQL to query, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources
· Create ad hoc and manual reports with accuracy and strong attention to detail
· Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
· Translate business requirements into effective, visually clear data visualisations
· Maintain and document data sources, data logic, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
· Perform data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation to keep datasets reliable and current
· Present findings and insights clearly through both visual and written formats for technical and non-technical audiences
· Set up and manage new Power BI users in accordance with security protocols and access policies
· Monitor and report on business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and suggest improvements
· Support data governance and best practices in data management and process documentation
· Stay up to date with new Power BI features, reporting tools, data-visualisation trends, and business-intelligence best practices
· Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and streamline data processes
· Ensure all dashboards and reports align with industry standards for accuracy, consistency, and design quality
Requirements:
· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and report building
· Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
· Good understanding of data transformation, relationships, and data modelling concepts
· Proven ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights
